This is the first of three field classes that is part of an overall beginner class. All are welcome but it will be assumed that you would have watched or attended all past virtual classes leading up to this. Rain Date: April 18th, same time

During this in person class you will:

• Get hands on experience with handing honeybees.
• You will learn how to install a nucleus colony into full size equipment.
• Learn how to light a smoker
• Learn to property identify eggs, larva, capped brood, honey, pollen, nectar and more
• Everyone in attendance most have their own bee suit, smoker, and hive tool. If you do not have those tools, they will be advalable for purchase that day.
