At HarBee Beekeeping, I offer informal beekeeping demos and classes designed to help people learn about bees in a practical, hands-on way.
These events are open to:
- People curious about beekeeping
- New beekeepers just getting started
- Anyone who wants to see and experience bees up close
No classroom. No experience required. Just real bees and real conversations.
Pay What You Can
These demos operate on a pay-what-you-can basis.
I don’t want cost to be a barrier for anyone who wants to learn, so there is no required fee to attend. If you’re able and feel the experience was valuable, contributions are always appreciated — but never expected.
Many visitors choose to support HarBee Beekeeping by:
- Purchasing local honey
- Making a voluntary contribution
- Simply showing up, learning, and asking good questions
All forms of support help make these demos possible.

Each demo is a little different and evolves naturally based on the time of year and the interests of those attending.
