Each box is a collection of our finest, pure, and natural honeys: Wildflower, Basswood, and Blueberry. These honeys are not infused but are the true essence of varying nectar sources.
Inside Your Box:
- HarBee Wildflower Honey: Local to northern New Jersey. Crafted by bees a mix of the many summer’s flowers. We suspect it is a majority a mix of Poplar, Black Locust, Basswood, lanternfly, clover and the many more.
- Basswood Honey: From the nectar exclusively from Basswood trees of New York state. While is basswood can be found in New Jersey’s forest it is more prevalent as you more norther, along the Appalachian Mountains, (9a Veg,1932).
- Blueberry Honey: Crafted by bees that pollinate New Jersey’s blueberry fields in spring, capturing the delicate, sweet essence of one of New Jersey’s treasures.
- Pure and Natural: Directly from hive to home, without any infusions, to maintain the authentic flavors of each unique floral source.
